WQS — Wonder Quality Score

A public and transparent score, out of 100, that summarizes your content quality, your behavior on the platform, and your community's real engagement.

The higher your WQS, the more likely your content is to be visible in the WonderLive feed.

Objective: move away from "opaque algorithms" and give you an understandable benchmark.

The main components of WQS

WQS combines multiple signals. Exact weightings may evolve, but the idea remains the same: reward good content and good behavior.

1. Content quality

~ 40%
  • - Consistency with your niche
  • - Perceived value (learn, entertain, inspire)
  • - Message clarity, absence of spam / clickbait

2. Authentic engagement

~ 30%
  • - Comments, watch time, shares
  • - Real discussions, not just empty likes
  • - Detection of artificial engagement signals (bots, view purchases)

3. Community & rules respect

~ 20%
  • - Few or no legitimate reports
  • - No content that seriously violates WonderLive rules
  • - Respectful behavior towards others

4. Regularity

~ 5%
  • - Reasonable publication frequency over time
  • - No need to post 10 times a day, but avoid long completely empty periods

5. Seniority & history

~ 5%
  • - Track record of trust on the platform
  • - Few or no past incidents

These percentages are indicative. The principle: you should always be able to understand the main levers that influence your WQS.

Concrete examples

Creator A

WQS ≈ 85/100
  • + Posts 3 times a week
  • + Has a community that comments, reacts, shares
  • + No problematic content
  • + Follows the rules

→ Her content has good chances of being highlighted in the feed, especially if signals remain stable.

Creator B

WQS ≈ 45/100
  • - Rarely posts
  • - Weak or artificial engagement
  • - Several justified reports
  • - Tendency towards borderline formats

→ His visibility is more limited. If he improves his quality, reduces risky behaviors and becomes more regular again, his WQS can gradually increase.

WQS FAQ

How to improve my WQS?

A few simple levers:

  • Regularly publish clear and useful content in your niche
  • Encourage real exchanges (comments, discussions)
  • Avoid spam, clickbait or toxic behaviors
  • Respect content rules and the community

Why is WQS public?

Because:

  • We want to move away from completely opaque algorithms
  • We want you to be able to understand why your content is more or less visible
  • We want to make everyone accountable (creators, viewers, platform)

Can my WQS decrease?

Yes, for example if:

  • - You become inactive for a long time
  • - Your content quality drops significantly
  • - You accumulate legitimate reports or rule violations

It can also increase if you:

  • + Become active again
  • + Improve your content
  • + Correct problematic behaviors

Does WQS completely replace the algorithm?

No. WQS is a central and visible component.

Other technical signals exist (performance, context, server constraints, etc.), but:

  • WQS remains the visible and understandable part for creators
  • Any major evolution (new weighting, rule changes) will be publicly updated

Where to see and use my WQS?

  • Your WQS will be visible on your creator profile and in some statistics screens
  • It can be used to explain why some content performs better
  • It will indicate which levers to work on (quality, regularity, engagement)
  • It may potentially unlock certain features or statuses
