The remaining 15% is not "hidden margin": it funds everything that allows WonderLive to exist, stay safe, and have real impact.
Specifically, the 15% is split into 4 blocks
Payments & compliance
≈ 3–5%- - Card fees, PSP (Stripe / Adyen / others)
- - KYC / AML, regulatory compliance
Infrastructure, moderation & support
≈ 2–3%- - Servers, hosting, bandwidth
- - Moderation tools + teams (human + AI)
- - Creator & viewer support
WonderCare Fund – social impact
≈ 2–5%A portion of the margin goes to the WonderCare Fund, to finance social & educational projects selected and tracked publicly.
Product & growth
remaining- - Development of new features (lives, subscriptions, marketplace…)
- - WQS and creator tools improvement
- - Team costs, R&D and growth
Percentages are indicative and may evolve.
Our firm commitment remains the same:
- + 85% minimum for creators on their tips
- + Transparency on the overall structure
- + Regular publication of aggregated data (VRR, WonderCare, etc.)
