For eligible NGOs & associations that respect our partnership framework, WonderLive does not take any commission on donations. External fees (banks, PSP, etc.) may exist, but our share remains at 0%. Eligibility conditions are specified during onboarding.
We define criteria (type of projects, transparency, measurable impact, area of action…). An eligibility grid will be shared during onboarding.
No. We do not guarantee any level of donations. We offer an additional channel for visibility, mobilization and transparency.
From the first pilot campaigns, via: dashboards being deployed (amounts, projects, key indicators), regular updates, and content produced with you (posts, stories, lives, depending on available formats).
No. We prioritize structures aligned with our values (protection of people, non-discrimination, minimum transparency) and we reserve the right to refuse a partnership.

<strong>At this stage:</strong><br>WonderLive does not yet handle automatic issuance of tax receipts. You remain responsible for issuing tax receipts to your donors (France: Cerfa 11580*04 or equivalent, Switzerland and other countries: local forms).<br><br><strong>Roadmap:</strong><br>Automation (partial or complete) of tax receipt issuance may be studied from 2027, depending on regulatory constraints in each country.<br><br>Donations received via WonderLive are eligible for standard donation tax regimes, provided your organization meets the legal criteria of your country.
For more complex or regulated organizations, we can adapt the framework on a case-by-case basis.

XP (experience)
Points that users accumulate based on their positive actions in the app (participation, support, engagement). XP serves to recognize engagement, not to promise financial gain.
