Creator Terms of Use

Preamble
These Creator Terms of Use ("Creator ToU") govern access to and use of the WonderLive platform ("Platform") by content creators ("Creator" or "You").
The Platform is operated by WonderLive Suisse SARL, located at rue du Centre 156, Saint-Sulpice, Switzerland ("WonderLive" or "We").
By creating a Creator account on WonderLive, you acknowledge having read, understood and accepted these Creator ToU in their entirety.
Purpose & scope
- - These ToU define the rights and obligations of any Creator using WonderLive to publish content and monetize their audience.
- - They complement the General Terms of Use (ToU) applicable to all Platform users.
- - They apply to all Creators, regardless of their status (Founder or Standard).
- - In case of conflict between the general ToU and Creator ToU, the provisions most protective for the Creator shall prevail.
Definitions

| WonderLive Commission | Percentage deducted by WonderLive from Tips before payment to the Creator. Standard rate: 15%. |
| External Fees (PSP) | Commissions applied by third parties: payment processors (Stripe ~2-3%), app stores (Apple/Google ~30% if in-app), banks. |
| WQS (Wonder Quality Score) | Public score out of 100 that summarizes content quality, platform behavior, and community engagement. |
| Founding Creator | Creator accepted into the Founding Creators Program, benefiting from 0% commission on tips. |
| Standard Creator | Creator without Founder status, subject to the standard 15% commission. |
Account creation & eligibility
3.1 Requirements
- - Be of legal age (minimum 18 years) or have legal authorization from a legal guardian
- - Provide accurate and verifiable information during registration
- - Reside in a country where WonderLive is available (EU, Switzerland mainly)
- - Accept these Creator ToU and the Privacy Policy
3.2 Identity verification
- - WonderLive may request KYC verification (Know Your Customer) for payments
- - Accepted documents: ID card, proof of address, verified IBAN
- - Without complete verification, some features (fund withdrawal) may be limited
Only one Creator account per natural or legal person is allowed. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
Creator statuses
Founding Creator
- + 0% commission on Tips (lifetime, subject to conditions)
- + Verified and permanent "Founding Creator" badge
- + Early access to new features
- + Priority support and dedicated assistance

Standard Creator
- - 15% commission on Tips
- - Access to all Platform features
- - Standard support through regular channels
- - Ability to improve visibility through WQS
A Founding Creator may lose their status if they fail to meet Program conditions. They then become a Standard Creator.
Monetization & commissions
5.1 Tips
Tips are voluntary user contributions. For each Tip received:
- - Standard Creator: you keep 85% (WonderLive takes 15%)
- - Founding Creator: you keep 100% (WonderLive takes 0%)
- - External fees (PSP, stores) apply additionally and are not controlled by WonderLive
5.2 15% breakdown
- - 3-5%: Payments & compliance (PSP, KYC/AML)
- - 2-3%: Infrastructure, moderation & support
- - 2-5%: WonderCare Fund (social impact)
- - Remainder: Product & growth
5.3 Payouts
- - Monthly payouts (if minimum balance reached)
- - Minimum withdrawal threshold: 50 CHF/EUR
- - Payout delay: 7-14 business days after request
- - Methods: bank transfer (IBAN), PayPal, Wise
You are responsible for tax declaration of your income. WonderLive can provide annual statements upon request.
WQS & visibility
The Wonder Quality Score (WQS) is a transparent score that influences your content visibility.
WQS components
- Content quality (~40%): consistency, perceived value, clarity
- Authentic engagement (~30%): comments, watch time, real shares
- Rule compliance (~20%): few reports, no serious violations
- Regularity (~5%): reasonable publication frequency
- Seniority (~5%): trust history on the platform
WQS impact
- - A high WQS increases your chances of being visible in the feed
- - A low WQS reduces visibility but does not remove your content
- - WQS can increase or decrease based on your behavior

WonderCare Fund
Part of the WonderLive commission (2-5%) funds the WonderCare Fund.

- + Promote the positive impact of the WonderLive community
Transparency
- - Funded projects are publicly selected
- - Usage reports are published regularly
- - Creators can propose projects to support
Content & behavior
What is allowed
- + Original, creative, educational, entertaining content
- + Respectful critiques and opinions
- + Clearly identified sponsored content (#ad, #sponsored)
- + Creative evolution and topic changes
What is forbidden
- - Illegal content: incitement to hatred, terrorism, exploitation
- - Harassment: targeted insults, threats, cyberbullying
- - Fraud: fake testimonials, scams, metrics manipulation
- - Sexual content involving minors: zero tolerance
- - Spam: mass messages, bots, duplicate content
- - Rights violation: intellectual property, privacy
Sponsored or paid content must be clearly identified in accordance with Swiss and European laws.
Suspension & limitation
Sanction process
1. Warning
Notification of the issue with compliance deadline (usually 30 days).
2. Temporary restriction
Limitation of certain features (monetization, live, visibility).
3. Suspension
Temporary account suspension (7-90 days depending on severity).
4. Termination
Permanent account closure in case of serious or repeated violation.
Immediate suspension
WonderLive may immediately suspend an account without prior warning in case of:
- - Obviously illegal content
- - Threat to other users' safety
- - Proven fraud
- - Serious law violation
Appeal
You can contest a decision by writing to appeals@wonderlive.com. Response within 15 business days.

- Access: request a copy of your data
- Rectification: correct inaccurate data

Service evolution
Modifications
- - WonderLive may evolve its features and services
- - Major changes are subject to prior notification
- - Notice period: minimum 30 days for significant changes
Feature discontinuation
In case of major feature discontinuation:
- - Minimum 60 days notice
- - Alternative offered if possible
- - Ability to withdraw your funds before discontinuation
Limitation of liability
WonderLive's liability
- - WonderLive provides an infrastructure; success depends on the Creator
- - No guarantee of revenue, visibility or performance
- - Liability limited to Tips amount of the last 12 months
Creator's liability
- - You are responsible for your content and its legality
- - You warrant that you hold rights to published content
- - You agree to indemnify WonderLive against claims related to your content
