A social network that takes safety seriously.
We are building WonderLive with, from day one, parental control tools, hybrid moderation (human + AI) and public rules designed to protect your children and teens.
These tools are currently in development and will be gradually deployed starting with the Parents & Youth beta.
We are building WonderLive as if our own children were using it.
Built-in parental controls
Continuous moderation (human + AI)
WQS (public reputation score)
Zero tolerance for toxic content
Less worry, more control.
Parental controls designed from the start
- β Parent profiles separate from Youth profiles
- β Configurable usage time slots
- β Authorized age ranges for content
- β Authorized content types / topics
- β Dashboard to track overall activity
A less toxic environment
- β Hateful, extreme or dangerous content prohibited
- β Sensitive categories banned from advertising
- β Encouraging educational and positive content
Transparency about how things work
- β WQS = public reputation score for creators
- β Visible moderation and reporting rules
- β Easy content reporting
The goal is not to control everything for you, but to give you real tools to guide your children.
A feed that doesn't reward the worst.
WQS = Wonder Quality Score
Public score for each creator, based on:
- β’ Content quality
- β’ Ethical behavior
- β’ Real community engagement
The feed is based on this score, not just virality.
πΆ Concretely for your children
π¨βπ©βπ§ WQS, what it means for you
The WQS (Wonder Quality Score) is not there to "rate" your child. It serves to:
- β highlight creators who follow clear rules
- β prevent the most toxic content from rising just because it generates buzz
- β provide action levers (reports, visible rules) when something is wrong
It's not a guarantee of perfection, but one more safeguard so that your child's feed is less violent, less anxiety-inducing, more controllable.
We prefer a little less "buzz" and a lot more peace of mind.
Parental control tools (in development)
What you WILL BE ABLE to configure (beta phase)
- β Creating a Parent account linked to one or more Youth accounts
- β Freedom levels based on age (pre-teen, teen...)
- β Who can send messages to your child
- β Whether DMs are allowed or not
- β Whether certain creators need to be explicitly approved
What you WILL BE ABLE to monitor
- β Time spent per day / week
- β Main creators / topics followed
- β History of any reports
β οΈ These features are currently in development and will first be tested with a small group of pilot families before being rolled out more widely.
π€ Some of these tools will be co-designed with parents and pilot families, to ensure they remain simple to use on a daily basis.
βΏ We are designing these tools to remain accessible to all parents, including those who are not comfortable with technology.
We don't encourage "spying", but informed guidance.
Clear red lines.
We prefer to lose certain "creators" or advertisers rather than expose your children to toxic environments.

What young people can find here
What we want to avoid
A social network will never be perfect, but it can clearly be less harmful than what we know today.
Data & Privacy
No, we never sell your children's data.
WonderLive's business model is not based on selling personal data, neither for adults nor for minors.
πΆ For Youth accounts:
- β we collect the minimum necessary (age, parental control settings, aggregated usage data)
- β we do not use this data for behavioral ad targeting
- β you remain in control of creating, modifying and deleting associated accounts
ποΈ Indicative retention period:
- β’ Active data: as long as the Youth account exists
- β’ After account deletion: technical retention for ~30 days (security / backups), then permanent deletion
- β’ Moderation-related logs: limited retention (e.g. 12 months) when required by law or security
π You will be able to:
- β request a data export in a few clicks
- β request complete deletion of a child account
- β contact us at any time at privacy@wonderlive.io

Parents & Youth FAQ
Yes, but with a specific framework (parental controls, age restrictions, reinforced rules). Some content or features will not be accessible to younger users.
For adult creators (18 and over), WonderLive will offer monetization tools (tips, subscriptions, etc.). For 13-17 year olds, any future monetization possibility will depend on: a clear legal framework (COPPA, GDPR and local laws), explicit and verified parental consent, strict limitations (amounts, withdrawals via parent account), and work with child protection experts. At this stage, no minor monetization program is active. If this changes, details will be publicly communicated before any launch.
Our goal is to give you global indicators (time spent, followed creators, topics) and alerts in case of problems, rather than exposing every private message. Exact details will depend on the configuration you choose.
Hybrid moderation (AI + human), prioritization of content involving minors, fast target response time, and possibility of escalation if needed.
No. WonderLive's business model is not based on reselling personal data. Data is used for service operation and experience improvement, in compliance with regulations. See our Data & Privacy section for more details.
Complete details will be described in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
